All the staff was polite & helpful, special shout out to LaToya. Latoya went over & beyond to help me in a crisis, you never know when a person is at their wits end & she helped me to keep striving another day, her kindness & understanding was over the top, thank you, may God truly bless you. The facility was clean & welcoming, the room felt like my own little apartment. These guys are doing an awesome job.

When we got stranded in Detroit airport together with a few thousands other travelers because of the storm, Extended stay was a safe harbor to ride it out. All the people there were really nice, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the terminal next day.
